The delivery time depends on your postal service provider. For local mailing address, you should be able to receive your EPEC within 1 week after approval. For overseas mailing address, it will generally take between 3 - 4 weeks for the EPEC to be delivered.

The processing criteria for an EPEC is premised on the applicant's educational qualifications or possession of selected skilled migrant visas. You may want to submit a new application or appeal if you have attained higher educational qualifications or if you have been granted a skilled migrant visa. However, please note that the EPEC online system automatically prevents any rejected applicant from submitting applications again for a period of 90 days.
Even though your application for an EPEC is unsuccessful, you can still apply for an Employment Pass through a potential employer. You may wish to make use of the Employment/S Pass Self-Assessment Tool (EP/S SAT) to obtain a preliminary indication on whether you are likely to qualify for an Employment or S Pass, based on details such as salary, educational qualifications, occupation and work experience.
You may visit the Contact Singapore website for a list of executive search firms in Singapore and approach them directly for assistance.
